Requirements

  • proven experience in store management, ideally within the retail furniture sector
  • strong leadership skills, capable of motivating and guiding a diverse team
  • A track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets
  • exceptional organisational abilities to handle the fast-paced nature of the role
  • lead and inspire a fantastic team of 35 staff, with the valuable support of two experienced Duty Managers
  • drive the store's performance by setting and achieving ambitious targets
  • your days would be Tuesday to Saturday, with alternate Sundays off
  • implement effective strategies to enhance sales, customer satisfaction, and overall operational efficiency
