- you will be required to assist with furniture deliveries, offloading and loading furniture from our warehouse to our shops in various locations

- making sales calls to leads working your way through a call list
- greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service
- directing customers to merchandise within the store

- supervising warehouse staff and daily activities
- managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity
- tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of stock
- ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels
- checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy
- maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation
- ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations

- drive company 3500kgs Luton vans to deliver products to customers
- load and unload goods from the delivery vehicle
- communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- follow delivery schedules and routes efficiently
- perform warehouse duties as required
- conduct heavy lifting tasks when necessary
- valid UK driving licence with experience as a van driver
- proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role
- commercial driving experience is advantageous
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team

- previous experience in telemarketing or a similar sales role is preferred
- proficiency in customer relationship management software is advantageous
