- GCSE or equivalent
Responsibility
- to conduct outbound calls which inform and support existing customers who have been assigned as part of the role
- supply product knowledge to customers
- process Sales orders and deal with Customer queries
- identify solutions and alternative options for our customers that in turn increase sales and profits
- encourage customers to use all facilities and information available to them which will support them in their business
- on-boarding of customers to online ordering option
- operate as the main point of contact for assigned customers, develop, and maintain long term positive business relationships
- support our Area Sales Manager by serving as a reliable point of contact for select accounts, providing information and updates which fosters an excellent service
Requirements
- experience in customer care and a keen interest in sales. Telesales or Account Management background desirable
- excellent telephone manner
- organisational skills to structure and manage workload
- sales training is preferred
- A positive individual with a ‘can do’ attitude and an interest in people
- ability to be attentive and responsive to individual customer needs
- A natural attitude towards providing excellent quality service
- an interest in commerce and/or furniture design
