- process sales orders via email or telephone
- identify opportunities to ‘upsell’ products
- assist with any business generation activities or events
- offer alternative products to clients wherever appropriate to do so
- make outbound sales telephone calls to retain a close relationship with all clients
Requirements
- sales / Retail experience within the Furniture / Furnishings / Home Interiors Sector
- customer Service experience
- experience of Unleashed software would also be an advantage
- working experience of the UK Private Rented Sector Market / Letting Agent / Estate Agency experience would be good but not essential
