the role of the General Manager is to ensure your team deliver the highest standards of customer service in all areas of the park and to ensure that all customers and participants have an enjoyable and safe experience
the General Manager will take direction from the Senior Management team in carrying out delegated tasks and adopt a leadership role in areas assigned to him/her as required
the General Manager is responsible for the day to day running of the facility, including, but not exhaustive to; cafe management, organising staff rota’s, ordering stock, assigning resources to tasks, and providing an overall exceptional customer care
responsible for all Health and Safety and compliance for the site
ensuring the venue is suitably stocked at all times
