I cannot express enough how disastrous my experience was with Fundraising Partners LLP. They are a tyrannical and emotionally abusive employer who treats their staff with utter disregard and disrespect.

First and foremost, after being abruptly sacked along with some of my colleagues for a very insignificant reason that was clearly a result of their desire for absolute control over us, Fundraising Partners LLP withheld our wages for months. This is absolutely unacceptable and created significant financial hardship for all of us. It became apparent that they wanted us to dedicate our entire lives to the job, showing no understanding or respect for our lives outside of work. We were paid weekly during our employment, so to be left without pay for months was shocking and distressing.

To add insult to injury, they demanded that we return our work items before they would release our wages, making us travel to two extremely inconvenient locations to do so. Despite complying with their unreasonable demands, we still didn’t receive our pay on time. This was nothing short of punitive and retaliatory behaviour on their part.

When we finally received our overdue pay, they made numerous arbitrary deductions from our final paycheck without any justification or explanation. This added further insult to the already appalling treatment we endured.

To make matters worse, a member of the management team was often intoxicated, creating a hostile and unprofessional work environment. The presence of intoxicated management was detrimental to our ability to perform our jobs and contributed to the toxic culture of the company.

Fundraising Partners LLP is a nightmare employer that should be avoided at all costs. Their tyrannical behavior, emotional abuse, and blatant disregard for their employees’ rights and well-being are beyond unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone considering working with or for this company to think twice and look elsewhere.

I worked for this company for about 4 months, myself and 3 others came across as a team from another fundraising company, it was good at first fair pay i enjoyed it untill they started micro managing us - we listened to everything they got to the point where they used to spy on us in their cars to check we were doing our work right. All 4 of us did everything as they asked - although them micromanaging us made our results poorer leading us to earning less money as we werent knocking in the right areas at the right times. I travelled from up north to down near cambridgshire every single week- book an air bnb and basically live down south for this job, we all went the extra mile for fundraising partners to ensure their success and our success - why wouldnt we? the pay was good. They started to send us home half way through the day if we had done something ‘wrong’ for example my co worker had left his clipboard in one of fundraising partners’s car and he got sent home with no pay for it. They even tried to tell us we werent working on a friday as we had annoyed one of the parnters bearing in mind we had travelled all the way down and paid for the air bnb. Anyways we let it all slide because we enjoyed our job untill we all got sacked out of nowhere. They didnt pay us for about 3 months after being sacked. We had to reach out to gilcore the company they are partnerd with multiple times before they paid us even when we had returned everything. They owed me £550 for 2 weeks worth of work and only paid me £30. Charged me for ‘missing items’ when they had been returned. They are scammers and i woukd highly encourage everyone to stay far away. This i believe is their first business where they are hiring and in charge and they do not know how to do it properly. They got away with scamming all of us it was a hassle to get my money back. I even drove all the way down to coventry to return my things and only got £30 back when it costed me more in petrol. They didnt appreciate the efford we put in. Bear in mind we are all fairly young they took advantage.
