Requirements
- previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- customer service experience either in person or over the phone is a must
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- computer literate
- strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- high organisation skills
- passionate about dirt bikes, pit bikes, quad bikes, e-scooters, and petrol scooters
- strong attention to detail
Responsibility
- dealing with customer queries and questions on a variety of products and suggesting suitable options
- internal Communication: Effectively communicate with the other departments in the business to ensure a seamless customer experience
- order processing: Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and resolving any issues related to order fulfilment. Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely delivery
- putting them in touch with other departments or seniority when needed
- maintain customer records: Accurately record customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback in our CRM system. Use this data to identify trends, suggest improvements, and contribute to the enhancement of our customer service processes
- dealing with any Aftersales Issues
