Requirements
previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
customer service experience either in person or over the phone is a must
excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
computer literate
strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
high organisation skills
passionate about dirt bikes, pit bikes, quad bikes, e-scooters, and petrol scooters
strong attention to detail
Responsibility
dealing with customer queries and questions on a variety of products and suggesting suitable options
internal Communication: Effectively communicate with the other departments in the business to ensure a seamless customer experience
order processing: Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and resolving any issues related to order fulfilment. Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely delivery
putting them in touch with other departments or seniority when needed
maintain customer records: Accurately record customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback in our CRM system. Use this data to identify trends, suggest improvements, and contribute to the enhancement of our customer service processes
