Responsibility

  • answer telephone and email enquiries
  • we are recruiting for an experienced sales support manager to join us at our office in West Yorkshire. You will be required to provide support for the sales team and will be liasing directly with our panel of lenders and our customers
  • photocopying, printing and scanning
  • manage our CRM system by adding and maintaining customer information
  • complete finance documents and send to the sales team or direct to the customer for signing
  • occassionaly attend client meetings with the MD to take notes for later review
