Responsibility
- to train each staff member at the station and ensure that good customer practice is carried out consistently
- the ‘Retail Shift Manager’ who has the capabilities to work with and lead a diverse, small team, during their shift on a variety of tasks throughout the day and to be responsible for the day-to-day good

- ensure legal and safety compliance through all of the store’s operations e.g., food safety, underage sales, forecourt operations as defined within the best practice identified part of the business
