- to ensure compliance with statutory regulations at all times
- to ensure full compliance with the CMS and stock control systems
- controlling PPM system including scheduling of PPMs, identifying follow up work from PPM, control of Works Orders
- complete all documentation accurately and timely
- to adhere to the budget set unless prior authorisation is given for it to be changed
- to ensure full documentation is available showing each stage of the budget status
- to fully understand and promote the Health & Safety rules and regulations of the company
- be responsible for the maintenance stores through relationship with 3rdParty stores provider, ensuring the appropriate machine spares are held in stock, controlling of parts for repairs, liaising with and getting quotes from suppliers
