This medical company was at my home town of Redcar covering an event with four of there vehicle there was an high top sat opposite the town clock and there was an incident with a lady at the bus stop who kept going in to unconscious two technitions went to her and too be honest they didn't have a clue a gent asked the female paramedic to go and assist luckily the paramedic sorted things out for the lady but the two female techs were completely clueless lucky a paramedic was present .

Firstly it is interesting that you knew thought the female staff were techs and not other clinical grades however just to correct you they were not techs.
All of the staff I work with are highly trained so I feel that your comments that they did not know what to do unwarranted.
If I had any concerns with colleagues I work with this would have been raised with management and dealt with. I was at that event and at no time did we have an unconscious female at the bus stop or have 4 vehicles on site.
All staff working within this environment provide the highest standard of care to any patient

Today I called for an ambulance after a fall at home, I was told it could be about 2hours wait but only waited half an hour. The two paramedics who came were absolutely fantastic with me, there names were (deleted by the administrator) and (deleted by the administrator) they were very caring and most pleasant to me in every way, I just wanted to say a huge Thank you to them both for the way they looked after me right up to being booked in at A.E at the QE at Gateshead. Once again Thank You very much to them both for being so caring.
