- FSM Centres are looking to hire a new Centre Manager for it's Carlton Football Centre
- overseeing the whole operation of the leisure & Football centres
- financial reporting, including KPI’s
- managing staff, keeping them motivated and customer service driven
- marketing and sales, including growth

Requirements
- have Experience in managing staff
- have Excellent communication and organisational skills
- the ability to work efficiently and effectively on own initiative
- have a High-level coaching or experience in sport, mainly football which would be an advantage, but not essential
- A commitment to the values and standards set out by FSM
- be an enthusiastic graduate or experienced manager, who has the initiative, ambition and the energy to contribute widely to our extensive sporting programme, in particular Football
