Responsibility

• to analyse the daily orders and plan the packing of allocated products
• confirm staff allocation along the production lines and register any absences
• inform packers on line about plan for the daily production

• ensuring all staff adhere to H&S rules, workstations are tidy and following all hygiene rules and working procedures
• maintaining productivity on the production line and other tasks and to ensure we are not falling below time targets and continuously research for productivity improvements
• supervising and ensuring the packers under your supervision are taking their breaks at the correct time and for the correct duration, and reporting any issues to the Regional Manager
