  • must be confident reading basic technical documents & diagrams
  • hands-on supervisor willing to undertake production tasks personally, until a team is gradually established with the growth of the business
  • we are looking for a high calibre committed individual with the right attitude above relevant experience
  • practical experience in a variety of craft /hand-making disciplines is desirable but not essential as training will be provided. Must have good hand skills and a genuine passion for craft

Responsibility

  • ensure customer orders are made on-time, in full, to strict quality standards in accordance with production plan
  • manage inventory of workshop consumables & submit weekly purchase requests
