Responsibility

  • we are looking for a motivated and creative head chef to join the team at the Hare & Hounds, Leyton
  • the Hare & Hounds in a neighborhood pub, with a large dining room and an extensive garden
  • it caters for private parties and weddings, as well as being a great spot for Sunday lunch
  • our menu is fresh and seasonal with a mix of pub classics and restaurant style dishes
  • all candidates must have proven experience in a similar establishment
  • live in accommodation is available if required
  • the successful candidate should show great communication skills, have bags of enthusiasm with the skills necessary to prepare and produce fresh food to the highest standards
  • you are also required to maintain excellent standards in food quality and safety, train and develop the team and take an active role in food development
