Responsibility

  • managing an onsite team of workers & contractors, including out of hours services
  • providing quotes and costings for works
  • manage the works schedule for both retreat owners and club facilities
  • be IT literate, managing costs and invoicing alongside finance manager
  • work closely with the Operations Manager, Estate Manager, Owner Liaison and other HOD's
  • manage snagging for new builds
  • provide budget oversight & control for onsite works including recharges
  • take a hands on approach to work when required
