  • ideally 10-15 years of experience, primarily in housing
  • proficient at AutoCAD and Revit
  • good knowledge of Building Regulations
  • experience in NHBC or similar standards and warranties
  • preparation of planning and working drawings
  • developing specifications for new build, existing and listed buildings
  • ability to prepare detailed working drawings and construction details
  • going on site visits, carrying out inspections and recording technical information

Responsibility

  • friel Homes require an experienced Architect or Architectural Technologist with a passion for heritage to work on bespoke residential newbuild and conversion projects
