  • handle Client and Creditor contact through all durable mediums
  • setup and handling of Client payments
  • assist with the communication and collection of payments from non-paying customers
  • meet and exceed business KPI's & SLA's
  • meet and exceed standard compliance requirements
  • effective diary management
  • assistance with client reviews
  • duties defined by the Company

Requirements

  • experience in the Debt Management or Debt Collection industry is advantageous but is not essential
  • experience in the Debt Management or Debt Collection industry is advantageous but not essential as full training is provided
  • experience in a contact centre environment is an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided
  • experience in working for an FCA regulated firm is desired but not essential as regulatory training will be provided
  • A strong desire to learn about our industry and business
  • excellent communication and fact-finding skills
  • enthusiastic, professional, and have a passion for assisting customers
  • positive attitude and willingness to overcome obstacles
