Responsibility
- we are looking for an Investment Administrator Apprentice who is positive, proactive and excited by a challenge
- you will be the first point of contact for our customers and a key member of the advisory team
- you will create cash flow reports, ensure client files are accurate and kept up to date and reconcile commission payments
- you will be responsible for managing the administration of the investment portfolio including supporting advisers to prepare for client meetings, running performance reports, liaising with product providers and drafting client review letters
- you will open, sort and scan the post to highlight matters that advisers need to be aware of and answer the phone to ensure client enquires are dealt with effectively
- you will collate and chase up investment transfer information and process portfolio rebalances, investment transfers, pension withdrawals and direct debits on the investment platforms
