- we have an exciting opportunity for a Support Worker to join our forward thinking, highly respected, friendly Supported Living Team

- you will be working with 3 Adults with Learning Disabilities in Market Harborough, helping them to access the community, provide them with support in their own modern 3 bedroom townhouse, helping them with daily activities including cooking, cleaning, medication and social activities, work placements and emotional support
- you will be enabling our Clients to feel safe and secure in building confidence and develop their own interests, and helping our Clients to achieve an independent, active and fulfilled lifestyle whilst ensuring that all of their daily needs are met
- your hours will be worked on a 4-weekly rota basis, various shifts available. This position will include sleep-ins, paid additionally. You will be contracted to a minimum of 18 hours per week plus 2 sleep ins. Other hours available
- you will receive the equivalent of 5.6 weeks paid annual leave. Full Training will be provided. We can provide Apprenticeships so that you can earn whilst gaining a fully funded Level 2-5 QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care
