Requirements

  • degree / HND in Food/Beverage related discipline
  • knowledge of retailer specification systems
  • knowledge of food safety legislation and good manufacturing practices
  • experience of investigating potential microbiological issues and route cause analysis
  • strong communication, influencing and coaching skills
  • knowledge and experience of HACCP, SALSA and retail audit requirements
  • A minimum 2 years’ experience in a technical or quality role within the food or beer industry. You will grow your knowledge on all areas during your time with the company
  • food Hygiene and HACCP Level 4

Responsibility

  • you will need to keep up to date with legislative changes and uphold the highest levels of product quality, swiftly managing the resolution of any issues and implementing corrective actions where necessary
