FREEDOG SWINDON is looking for employees for positions:
- being the first, friendly point of contact for customers
- have extensive knowledge of all Flashpoint and Freedog products to ensure customers are advised of the right product for their needs
- creating bookings and ensuring a smooth process during their check in
- answering phone calls, emails and responding to customer queries in a timely and informative manner
- ensure customers fill out the correct documentation prior to their activity
- responsible for keeping reception clean and tidy at all times
- assist with maintaining the high standard of cleanliness across the centre
- run occasional sessions during weekdays
- previous experience working in the climbing industry
- previous experience working in customer facing roles
- experience using Rock Gym Pro booking system or similar booking system
- an interest in climbing or a general interest in sports
