Requirements

  • CIPD qualified or part qualified or demonstrable equivalent experience
  • knowledge of UKVI legislative requirements, particularly in relation to Skilled Workers
  • developing and maintaining an up to date knowledge of HR practice and new developments
  • A self-starter who can demonstrate a high level of organisational ability
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to plan and prioritise workloads and meet conflicting deadlines
  • good working knowledge of MS Office
