Responsibility
- conduct full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various positions
- develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies
- utilize social media platforms to promote job openings and engage with potential candidates
- manage applicant tracking system and ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information
- collaborate with HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines
- conduct reference checks and background screenings as required
- maintain confidentiality of sensitive candidate information
Requirements
- bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role
- strong knowledge of recruitment software such as Taleo, PeopleSoft, or other ATS systems
- familiarity with HRIS systems and their integration with recruitment processes
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
- strong relationship management skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
- ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
