Responsibility
conduct full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various positions
develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies
utilize social media platforms to promote job openings and engage with potential candidates
manage applicant tracking system and ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information
collaborate with HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines
conduct reference checks and background screenings as required
maintain confidentiality of sensitive candidate information
Requirements
bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role
strong knowledge of recruitment software such as Taleo, PeopleSoft, or other ATS systems
familiarity with HRIS systems and their integration with recruitment processes
excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
strong relationship management skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
strong attention to detail and organizational skills
