- managing the sales and marketing teams to ensure all objectives are met
Requirements
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- the ability to listen to the needs and requirements of stakeholders and be able to verbalise their own ideas effectively
- previous experience in a managerial position
- previous experience in sales and marketing
- strong leadership skills to guide and motivate teams
- excellent organisational skills to balance and prioritise their workload and meet deadlines
- proven in-depth knowledge of various business functions including business development, financial management of projects and customer management
- some positive experience in managing cross-functional teams
Education
- A BA in Business Development, Business Management, or a related field
