• supervise advisers to the required level, depending on level of competency/risk rating
• monitor and manage any development needs as appropriate
• promptly raise any concerns or areas of risk with AR firms or appointed representatives

• complete quarterly and annual assessments of members of your team as required and as appropriate
• allocate appropriate resource for advisers and businesses, new and existing
• produce management reports for the Chief Risk Officer/ Head of Supervision as required and produce content for the board report
• effectively contribute to regular management meetings
• promote proactiveness within the team to improve processes and think outside the box
• ensure all relevant regulatory knowledge is kept up to date by completing CPD on a yearly basis
