- develop and implement ServiceNow modules and integration's from initiation to completion, tailored to the customer requirements
- develop workflows and scripts to automate and improve business processes
- understand detailed requirements for design, implementation, test automation and delivery of complex customer solutions
- solve complex problems in a highly dynamic and agile environment
- provide service management reports to support SLA compliance
- driving process optimisation, efficiency's and productivity automation
- establish and build relationships with key internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless end to end delivery for our clients and work closely with our Application Managed Services team successful client go lives
- engage with the technical teams to produce detailed designs of requirements
