  • handling telephone calls and prioritising jobs
  • excellent communication skills
  • driving Licence is preferable
  • experience in IT Support Environment

Responsibility

  • franchise1 will be offering Microsoft-centric support services to small businesses with a focus on data protection, communications, collaboration and information security
  • the portfolio will include M365, Meraki WiFi, routing & Security, HP desktops & laptops and other associated vendors
  • onboarding & Provisioning
  • engaging with customers to understand their current environment
  • full training in specific technologies, industry methodologies, tools and service will be provided over time and as appropriate
  • this may include on-site, remote and extended working hours
  • the role will include the completion of the Information & Communications Technician Level 3 Certification at least
  • taking their configurations and populating the knowledge base
