Requirements
- CIAT preferable but not required
- relevant Technical Qualification – Degree/HNC/HND
- experience of working directly with the client, contractor and design team would be beneficial
- skilled presenter both verbally and visually using software
- experience working on Education/ Commercial Offices. Datacentre or Residential projects
- have an excellent working knowledge of Revit
- working knowledge of UK Building Systems, Regulations and construction types
- be able to think clearly
