Responsibility

  • you will be responsible for making outbound calls to our existing customers, discussing upcoming projects, identifying new prospects, and fostering partnerships
  • identify potential sales leads through proactive prospecting, market research, and cold calling
  • build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including clients, industry professionals, and organizations
  • this position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to our sales efforts and work collaboratively with a dedicated team
  • collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and meet or exceed sales targets
  • assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts
  • we specialise in assessing and mitigating flood risks, preparing detailed drainage designs, and offering expert advice and innovative strategies to protect businesses and communities
  • provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving issues

Requirements

  • previous experience in a sales support or customer service role, preferably in a similar industry or consultancy environment
  • proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships
  • excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • strong persuasive and negotiation abilities to influence decision-making processes
  • highly organized with excellent time management skills to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • targeted outbound calls
  • self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools
