Working hours

Responsibility
- junior Packaging / Graphic Designer
- junior Designer – Apparel & Graphics
- provide relevant creative support, e.g. downloading, backing up, archiving, creating digital presentations as required
- you will be expected to take ownership of your responsibilities whilst working closely with the rest of the design team, good communication and strong organisational skills will be expected, along with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects to ensure all deadlines are met and completed on time
- an understanding of apparel design and the ability to put together a detailed ‘tech-pack’ as you will be required to assist in the development of seasonal clothing ranges across all brands
- knowledge of print production and experience in packaging design are advantageous as you will be expected to assist the creation and execution of visually appealing design from concepts to print
- working on projects set by the Product Development Team across multiple brands, assisting the designers with packaging and promotional material
Education
- A-Level or equivalent
Requirements
- experience of working within a creative team with at least 1 year experience in graphic design
- design qualification - degree / HND and prior experience of graphic design in a studio or commercial environment
- excellent communication and organisation skills and the ability to present and discuss design concepts
- highly self-motivated, responsible and proactive
- ability to prioritise workloads, work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
- good understanding of branding and adhering to the brand guidelines
- high level of attention to detail
