Responsibility

  • FCM are seeking an experienced Surveyor/Clerk of Works to cover a cladding removal project in Woolwich
  • the project is full time - 5 days a week and will run for a year or more. Immediate start available
  • you will also need to be competent with photographing and recording notes against findings on a data system
  • on site training will be provided
  • applicants will need to have a solid background knowledge in construction and be able to communicate effectively with contractors and client in order to help us to provide our high quality inspection, reporting and advisory service
  • candidates will need to be conscientious, and self motivated with an ability to work without direct supervision. We will help with gaining membership of the ICWCI if required
  • FCM are a well established and expanding company and are looking to increase our team of experienced Building & M&E Clerks of Works. We pride ourselves in excellence of service and much of our new business comes by recommendation or referral
