Responsibility
- full time- Sales & Administration Assistant - Wellington
- fox Brothers & Co Ltd is currently seeking a Sales & Administration Assistant to join their busy sales team
- customer Service – Handling incoming sales and enquiries via phone and e-mail for the stock supported cloth department
- processing orders – Using Sage200 and online retail system to process incoming orders. This includes liaising with our warehouse team
- working with other departments to process internal cloth requirements and other outgoing orders
- other administration duties as directed by line manager
- as well as general stock and pricing enquiries this will also include advising customers on cloth and liaising with our international sales team and agents
- dispatching orders – Using two online software systems to process delivery of orders. Making sure all customs information is correct and communicating with our courier company
Requirements
- wellington, TA21 0AW: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work
