Responsibility

  • oversee the operations of the nightclub and ensure that all policies and procedures are followed
  • develop and implement strategies to meet business goals and objectives
  • manage and supervise all staff, including hiring, training, scheduling/rota, and performance management
  • ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
  • oversee inventory levels and ensure that stock levels are maintained
  • build and maintain positive relationships with guests and stakeholders
  • manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • address and resolve any customer complaints or issues

Requirements

  • venue Management: 2 years
