Requirements
- professional finance qualifications are highly desirable
- sound knowledge of financial management principles, practices, and regulatory requirements
- strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement, efficiency, and accuracy
- experience with managing and developing a finance team is advantageous
- proven experience in a finance management role, preferably within the engineering services industry or a related sector
