FOUR CORNERS UK DISTRIBUTION is looking for employees for positions:

sales administrator

Responsibility

  • provide administrative support to the sales team
  • assist with the preparation of sales presentations and proposals
  • maintain and update customer databases and sales records
  • processing trade and retail sales orders
  • working with the Four Corners team to ensure orders are delivered on time
  • dealing with customer enquiries
  • processing customer returns and refunds
  • supplying customers with product information and inventory status

Requirements

  • experience of working in a sales and/or customer service environment, preferably within the UK retail sector, though not essential
  • strong organizational and time management skills
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and adapt to changing demands
  • sales administration: 1 year
  • A cheerful disposition and willingness to go the extra mile
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team to make a meaningful contribution to the ongoing success of the business
