- exceptional customer service & attention to detail
- A good understanding of Back Of House systems, including stock control, ordering, cash-handling, rota planning etc
Requirements
- proven experience in supervising & managing teams within a restaurant, cafe or hospitality setting
- strong culinary & food safety knowledge, with hands-on experience in food & drink preparation & production
- excellent leadership skills, with a focus on maintaining high standards of service & guest satisfaction
- familiarity with cash handling procedures & financial management in a food service environment
- experience in bartending & kitchen operations is a plus
- eastbourne BN21 3QJ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work
