Responsibility
- accurately pick and pack orders in accordance with the company's procedures and quality standards
- operate material handling equipment, such as pallet trucks, to move products and materials around the warehouse
- conduct quality control checks on products to ensure they meet our company's standards
- work with other members of the team to ensure that all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
- ensure that the warehouse is always kept clean and tidy
- assist in the production of products as required, following production schedules and instructions
- adhere to all health and safety regulations and procedures in the warehouse
- report any issues or concerns to management in a timely manner
Requirements
- have previous experience working in a warehouse environment
- conscientious, reliable, with good attendance and timekeeping standards
- honest, trustworthy, and able to work unsupervised
- excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- keen to learn and acquire new skills, responds positively to feedback
- flexible, adaptable, and calm when working under pressure and meeting production deadlines
- ability to operate material handling equipment, including pallet trucks
- attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
