- unloading and booking in deliveries coming onto site by forklift and manual handling
- picking customers orders for finished goods and loading onto vehicles with a Forklift
- picking mixed pallets for customer orders and ensuring correct quantities at all times
- picking raw materials ensuring a timely delivery to the production line
- ensuring that Counterbalance Forklifts and Articulated Truck are operated safely at all times
- support as a Banksman in ensuring vehicle movement on site are conducted safely
- keeping warehouse and yard areas clean and tidy
- warehouse management, utilising the IFS system to ensure that materials and finished products and scanned into the correct places to enable good stock management and rotation
Requirements
- must hold a Counter Balance and Bendi Forklift Licence
- must have a full valid UK Driving Licence
- banksman trained preferential but not essential
- must have worked in a busy warehouse with knowledge of internal IT systems
