- to play a lead role in the service delivery of FORTH® Fires’ maintenance contracts

- to re-train, where required, to be able to carry out additional tasks depending on the needs of the business
- to generate income through servicing, remedials and breakdowns for FORTH® Fire’s clients
- to understand and promote the FORTH® Fire goals and employ them to the benefit of the business and the client
