Responsibility
sales and Marketing - develop and utilise the skills and experience of all team members to maximise sales
compliance - Oversee and lead the team to ensure all aspects of the business comply fully with all relevant legal requirements
profit and Loss - overseeing all aspects of financial management including sales and revenue, wages, controlling costs, waste and developing a 'green' culture
look at ways to increase sales by intuitive marketing, which promotes Fort Amherst, increases visitor numbers and memberships using every opportunity to obtain feedback to enhance the guests experience
40 hours per week working any 5 days over 7, no overtime
staff development - Ensure all team members have the opportunity to personally develop their skills, experience, and professional development. Look at ways to increase team motivation and develop the culture of helpfulness across the site
there will be some evening work
guest service - Looking at the whole guest experience, put in place measures that can ‘delight’ our guests and avoid complaints, actively work towards a minimum of 4\* rating on key social media reviews, ensure all social media is relevant and updated
