- forSight, through its network of charity shops, is a charity providing funding to initiatives designed to enhance and empower the lives of children and adults who are blind or visually impaired
- theses initiatives include assisting children and their families, providing sporting opportunities to everyone through Vision Sports Ireland, undergraduate bursaries, and academic research for effective clinical intervention for the advancement of sight loss treatment
- analyze the business to establish where improvements can be made
Requirements
- previous retail experience
- experience in working in charity retail
- currently working at Store Manager, Assistant Manager or Supervisor level
- has proven ability of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- experience in managing a team
- experience in interviewing, recruiting, and training of new employees
- retail management: 1 year
