  • previous experience fault finding EPOS equipment and peripherals
  • first-line technical support to customers, via phone, email, and online system
  • testing of the equipment and completing configurations/builds
  • diagnosing and resolving faults remotely
  • experience with Microsoft operating systems and installation
  • keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies
  • location: Office Based, Abingdon, Oxfordshire
  • experience using Sage 200 is desirable but not essential
