Responsibility

  • develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, aesthetic practitioners, and industry influencers through persistent communication
  • follow up with training delegates and previous customers, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • execute predetermined brand strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth for Hyacorp products
  • collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing to convert warm leads into sales
  • monitor brand performance, analyse sales data, and identify areas for improvement to maximize brand success
  • plan and execute training events and trade shows whilst maintaining society partnerships to maximize customer relations with Hyacorp
  • work closely with the marketing team to provide sales support to develop effective sales tools and collateral
  • manage brand budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources

Requirements

  • bachelors Degree in Sales or Business Administration - 2 Years
  • experience in Account Management - 2 Year
  • product Manager - 2 Years
  • proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CRM software
  • in the Aesthetics, Cosmetics, or Medical Industry
  • strong understanding of the aesthetics, cosmetics, or medical market, including key players, trends, and customer needs
  • customer Relations or Account Management Experience
  • confident commination skills with the knowledge to converse with medical professionals
