Requirements
- industry recognised diploma or degree in Interior Design
- CDM 2015 Principal Designer
- ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently
- full proficiency in AutoCADLT and drafting skills
- understanding of the designer’s role in the co-ordination and integration of project information and management
- excellent job running and project management skills
- ability to demonstrate a good understanding of Services Design, Structural Design and other associated professions
- excellent sketching ability – hand and computer drafting
Responsibility
- support Directors with coordination of the project design team
- prepare a list of deliverables, resource plan and programme to share with the team
- provide support and guidance on the project drawing packages
- mentor designers and senior designers on appropriate protocols and procedures, inclusive of site visits, minutes and correspondence
