Responsibility
- for Truck Tyres Manchester are looking for an experienced tyre fitter for the industrial sector based in Manchester
- tyre experience is not essential as hands on training will be provided to the right person
- the ideal candidate should have an eye for the finer detail, keep the working environment clean, tidy & organised
- perform fittings and adjustments on various products according to customer specifications
- full UK driving licence, over 21 for insurance purposes is essential
- provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring their satisfaction
- maintain accurate records of fittings and customer information
- assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
Requirements
- previous experience as a service technician or fitter is preferred
- strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records
- ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
- familiarity with fitting tools and equipment is a plus
- driving: 1 year
- tyre fitting: 1 year
- tyre experience is preferred but not essential as on the job training will be provided to the right person
