Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 or above – Health & Social Care
- diploma Level 3 – Health & Social Care
- ability to recognise and develop individual skills & qualities in others
- ability to be Flexible and Manage own Workload
- 3 years recent and significant experience of working within a Health and Social Care Setting
- ability to develop and promote positive working relationships with individual’s being supported, their carers and professional colleagues
- good leadership & people skills
- hold a Full Driving Licence due to travel required around Essex
Responsibility
- manage agency usage and ensure that all agency staff inductions are completed
- spot checks / Compliance Checks on staff within the services
- meeting with the Registered Manager on a monthly basis for reports and action plans
- co-ordinate and check that all rotas for all services are completed and that they have the correct contracted hours and staff skill mix to meet the needs of the service users
- maintain accurate Matrix and filling systems
- ensure that the in house rota system is updated and diary entries made to keep up to date records of staff actions
- carry out investigations if required
- to support all services with their Rota management where required to do so
