Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- manage and process sales orders from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- to keep the showroom tidy and greet customers with enthusiasm
- communicate with customers to coordinate product delivery and resolve any issues that may arise
- design bespoke kitchen layouts using Autocad
- produce Mood boards using Photoshop
- provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial consultation to final delivery and installation
- liaise with contractors on site
- maintain accurate records of sales orders and customer information
Requirements
- expert technical aptitude
- working collaboratively with a can-do attitude
- highly proficient in working with AutoCAD, Adobe Suites and Microsoft Suites
- A willingness to work occasionally outside of contracted hours when required
- A strong sense of accountability and ownership
- high-level ability to communicate and also being able to handle conversations with tactfulness and grace
- full UK drivers’ licence with access to own vehicle
- an ability to adapt whilst working logically, clearly and concisely
