- lead the day-to-day management of both care homes, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and other relevant regulations
- build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, families, and other stakeholders
- prepare for and manage inspections effectively, ensuring excellent outcomes
- recruit, train, and manage staff to maintain a motivated and skilled team
- ensure all residents receive person-centered care tailored to their individual needs
- manage budgets effectively while maintaining high-quality service delivery
- be on call for emergencies outside of regular hours
Requirements
- minimum of Level 5 in Health and Social Care Management
- proven experience as a Registered Manager, with a strong track record of managing care homes preferably individuals with mental health illnesses
- excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, inspection processes
- job Type: Full-time
- pay: £50,000.00 per year
