Responsibility

  • participate in sales strategy creation and business development to enhance business growth
  • maximize the sales performance by establishing strong relationships and gaining insight into the customers needs
  • provide support in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues and complaints
  • monitor, analyze and report market sales and marketing activities and results
  • create, develop and maintain a customer database
  • collaborate with sales and marketing teams on new campaigns and strategies
  • participate in effective P&L account management
  • review pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience

Requirements

  • minimum business management bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in the same or similar job key activities and responsibilities
  • excellent organizational and communication skills
  • excellent professional and soft skills
  • proven experience in sales and managing relationships with key clients
  • in-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis
  • solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
