FOREMOST GOLF is looking for employees for positions:

customer service assistant

  • customer service assistant

Working hours

  • part-time

Responsibility

  • resolve sales ledger invoice queries including value discrepancies, late deliveries, shortages, damages etc
  • polite and efficient handling of all customer queries and complaints
  • keep up to date with all incoming queries, monitoring them in a timely and organised manner
  • making and receiving telephone calls from customers
  • assisting customers navigate their Document Manager System
  • review credit notes received daily to resolve queries

Requirements

  • good customer service skills
  • good communication skills – both verbal and written
  • attention to detail and accuracy
  • ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • minimum academic level : No minimum required
  • mobility Requirements: None
  • the ability to analyse problems, and to develop a clear understanding of issues so relevant information can be gathered to make informed decisions
